Refund & Cancellation Policy (For Advertisers & Sponsored Content)

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all advertising, sponsored content, and promotional services (“Advertising Services”) offered by UrbanCelebrityNews.com (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing advertising or sponsored content on our website, you (“Advertiser”) agree to this Policy.

2. Advertising & Sponsored Content Terms

Advertising and sponsored content must comply with our Advertising Guidelines.
All payments for advertising services are final and non-refundable, except as specified in this Policy.
UrbanCelebrityNews reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement at its discretion.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation Before Campaign Approval

Advertisers may request a cancellation before their campaign is approved by UrbanCelebrityNews.
If a cancellation request is received before approval, a full refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

3.2. Cancellation After Campaign Approval

Once an advertising campaign, sponsored post, or promotional content is approved and scheduled, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Advertisers may request rescheduling or modifications, subject to availability and additional fees.

3.3. Refunds for Non-Delivery

A refund may be issued only if:

The advertisement or sponsored content was not published as agreed due to an error on our end.
A technical issue prevented the campaign from being displayed for the agreed period.

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 14 business days using the original payment method.

3.4. No Refunds for Poor Performance

UrbanCelebrityNews does not guarantee any specific traffic, engagement, or conversion results from advertisements or sponsored content.
Refunds will not be issued based on ad performance, user engagement, or business outcomes.

4. Ad Removal & Policy Violations

UrbanCelebrityNews reserves the right to remove any advertisement or sponsored content without a refund if:

It violates our Advertising Guidelines or Terms of Service.
It contains misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
The advertiser engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.

In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.

5. Modification & Rescheduling Requests

Advertisers may request minor modifications (headline, image changes) within 24 hours of publication.
Major modifications or rescheduling may incur additional charges.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or dispute filed against a legitimate advertising purchase will be considered a breach of contract.
If a dispute is raised with a payment processor (PayPal, Stripe, credit card provider) without prior communication, the advertiser may be banned from future advertising.
